I've been blogging about "American Idol," and this one even slipped right past me. My colleague Will Harris pointed it out yesterday though, and it's worth noting. Carly, recorded this album a few years back with Gregg Alexander and Danielle Brisbois of New Radicals fame, is now Carly Smithson. She is one of the 24 finalists on this season's "American Idol" and totally, completely worth keeping an eye on. She's got an absolute monster voice.
